I love making avatars and signatures and thought I'd show them off here. I make them using the GIMP image program. www.gimp.org It's completely free.

I actually just downloaded GIMP because I am editing program-less at the moment and the avatars that you have seem amazing! I especially like the Marauder's map one.

Thanks! I love the Marauder's Map one, too. I have an idea for a different one along the same lines that I'm going to try and make soon.

I like the Gimp, but sometimes it drives me crazy! It takes a little while to figure stuff out on it, but it's pretty easy to use after that.

This one I made in response to Harry Potter Fan Fiction.com's April Fool's Day joke this year that turned the site into a solely Cho/Harry and Sirius/Lily site.
